This calculator will consider you total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) in its calculation. Be aware that as your activity levels increase, and weight changes, this calculation may need to be revised to ensure continuous progress. Please consult your coach if you think this is the case.

It's also worth noting that if you're coming from a state of under eating (less than your BMR), you will need to reverse diet. Inform your coach if you think this is the case and you will be walked through the process.
